About me
Sarah Clardy is the director of The Center for Teaching and Learning and an instructional coach at Girls Preparatory School. She holds a B.S. in Organizational Management, an M.Ed. in Special Education, and has completed her Instructional Coaching Certification through University of Pennsylvania.
As director of the CTL, Sarah partners closely with students, families, and faculty to provide academic support, accommodations, and learner-centered strategies that help students thrive. In her role as instructional coach, she works alongside teachers to strengthen instructional practice and create engaging, inclusive classroom environments.
As part of the development of the GPS Ignite program, Sarah is completing her C-SLDS (Certified Structured Literacy Dyslexia Specialist) certification to provide individualized instruction for students with dyslexia and other language-based learning differences. Her work focuses on literacy intervention, executive functioning, and helping students build confidence and independence as learners. Sarah believes that meaningful relationships are at the heart of successful learning and growth.
