About me
Sasha Mills brings more than 15 years of experience as a teacher, learning strategist, and school leader supporting students across early childhood through middle school. In her current role, she provides individualized educational consulting for families, delivers multisensory math tutoring for PreK–8th grade students and coaches students on executive functioning skills such as organization, time management, and focus. She also provides instructional coaching to educators on differentiated instruction and strategies for supporting neurodivergent learners.
Before founding her consulting practice, SGM Educational Consulting & Academic Support, Sasha served as director of student support services at St. Martin's Episcopal School and as a learning strategist in the lower school at The Westminster Schools, where she led individualized learning plans, professional development, and the lower school student support committee. She previously held leadership roles at Serendipity Elementary School and Littlewood Elementary School, where she taught, chaired curriculum initiatives, and directed school-wide instructional transitions.
