Jeff Haddock is the assistant head of middle school at Davidson Day School is Davidson, NC. With experience spanning school counseling, student support services, wellness programming, and educational leadership, he is passionate about helping students develop the skills and mindsets needed to thrive both in and beyond the classroom.
Jeff holds degrees in Psychology, School Counseling, and Educational Leadership and has led initiatives focused on student well-being, resilience, advisory programming, and school culture. He is also a published author whose work explores resilience, performance psychology, and the intersection of student support and academic success. Through his leadership and writing, Jeff advocates for proactive approaches that empower students to embrace challenges, build self-awareness, and develop lifelong coping skills.
