About me
Dania Borrero is an upper school counselor at Ravenscroft School, where she supports student well-being, academic success, and social-emotional development. She serves on the upper school leadership team and partners with faculty and families to strengthen school culture, belonging, and coordinated student support systems.
She holds a Master’s in Counseling from Barry University and brings 16 years of experience in education, including roles as both a science teacher and school counselor in public and private school settings.
Her work centers on adolescent mental health, social dynamics, and proactive counseling programming, including MTSS-informed interventions and advisory support. She is committed to fostering inclusive school environments where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
