About me
Cindy Ley Sepe is the dean of The Cushman School, one of the oldest independent schools in South Florida, where she has also served as an educator for over twenty years. In her role as dean, she works at the intersection of student wellness, academic culture, and school leadership, with a particular focus on how digital behaviors affect adolescent development and well-being.
A doctoral candidate at the American College of Healthcare Sciences, her dissertation research examines the effect of a school-based integrative digital wellness curriculum on middle school students' awareness of problematic short-form video use. Her work bridges evidence-based research and practical school-based application, making her a leading voice on adolescent screen health, digital wellness programming, and preventative interventions for today's tech-saturated generation.
