Ashley Ellis is a wife, mother, educator, leader, and creative dedicated to helping individuals and organizations cultivate environments where people can thrive. She holds an M.Ed. in Learning, Leadership, and Organizational Development from the University of Georgia and a B.S. in Elementary Education from the University of Montevallo. Ashley is also a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), supporting leaders and teams in developing greater intercultural competence and fostering inclusive, growth-oriented communities.
With more than 18 years of experience across P–12 education, Ashley currently serves as the director of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging at the Atlanta Speech School, where she facilitates professional learning and partners with colleagues across departments to strengthen school culture and belonging. Whether facilitating workshops, designing learning experiences, or supporting organizational growth, Ashley brings empathy, creativity, and a deep commitment to helping educators serve with purpose, resilience, and wellness.
