About me
Amy Darsey has dedicated over two decades to education, with a steadfast focus on elementary-aged learners. Beginning her career in 2002, she has spent most of her professional journey at Lovett, building deep expertise across both teacher and student facing roles.
As one of the assistant heads in the lower school, Amy channels her passion into three core priorities: cultivating teacher growth and instructional craft, championing student development, and fostering meaningful partnerships with families to strengthen the school-home connection. Central to her leadership is building foundational structures that place student wellbeing, teacher competencies, and family relationships at the forefront.
Amy brings a practitioner's perspective rooted in collaboration, care, and deep commitment to the whole child.
