About me
Aaron Kaufman is a learning specialist and educator with a decade of experience supporting neurodiverse learners across elementary, middle, and high school settings. He currently serves as an upper school learning specialist at The Out‑of‑Door Academy, where he co‑built the school’s learning center, manages accommodation plans, and leads professional development on differentiated instruction and inclusive practices. He completed his Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Central Florida in December 2026, specializing in Exceptional Student Education.
