MiLani Ramos is a dedicated education professional with over two decades of experience supporting students with diverse learning needs. After spending 20 years as a special education teacher, MiLani developed a deep expertise in individualized instruction, adaptive strategies, and building confidence in students who learn differently. She now brings that wealth of knowledge to her role as a learning specialist at Oaks Christian School, where she partners with high school students to help them navigate academic challenges, develop self-advocacy skills, and reach their full potential. MiLani's passion for inclusive education and her commitment to every student's success continue to be the driving force behind her work.
