Discover how resilience, emotional regulation, and relationships shape students' academic success, well-being, and sense of belonging. Explore the neuroscience of stress and its effects on learning, executive functioning, motivation, and mental health. Practice brief mindfulness and regulation strategies that support students experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, learning differences, and everyday stress. Apply adaptable techniques that strengthen communication among educators, counselors, families, and students while creating emotionally supportive school environments.

Through a learn-discuss-do model, participants will experience practical activities, reflect on real student scenarios, and collaborate on implementation strategies tailored to independent schools. Attendees will leave with evidence-informed tools that can be integrated into advisory programs, counseling, classrooms, athletic programs, and student support services to promote resilience, belonging, and student well-being without adding significant demands to already busy schedules.
